If I could give 0 I would.
Most staff are absolutely vile, and the nice staff get treated like dirt by management. Ran by absolute tools.
Get new management and maybe your staff would stop leaving

Worked at the home for a while the staff are lovely and work really hard looking after the residents. The home is lovely and clean the staff do activities every day Withe the residents and are always on stand by if needed. The staff and seniors don't get praised enough for all there hard work they do for the residents and I have known them to go out and buy shampoo and shower gel because family's have not brought any in for the residents. Over all an excellent home with lovely staff excellent meals the residents are made to feel at home as soon as they arrive by a member of staff who will show them around the home and help them to set there bedroom out and introduce them to every one.

I see how hard every one works n all the activities staff do with residents.
However it upsets me when family n friends of residents don't even have the time to comment on all the activities staff do with the residents this is what the website is for could u all please use it instead of negative comments please take the time to write how happy all the residents
Look n how hard every body works with your loved ones.

With the covid at the moment no one can see there loved ones and yes it is very upsetting.
However the staff are leaving there lived ones to look after yours and they are doing a good job.
All residents are smiling and doing loads of activities and baking to break there day up.
Please instead of putting horrible reviews on the website sit back and think how hard these girls are working and looking after your loved ones a thank you to these girls would be nice to read.
Dementia is a horrible illness and your loved ones can go down hill over night or in a few days.
So I ask you all to read up about this illness to understand it alittle more instead of blaming staff and management about how quick your love ones has gone down hill.
These girls work hard and I think you should give them the respect they need instead of slagging them of the job his hard enough with out silly reviews on the website.

Picked my mum up today after her spending 2 and a half weeks in respite whilst i had a much needed break ....cannot fault it in any way ....i was so anxious as it was her 1st time in respite ...she is 90 with dementia ...staff were lovely with her ....family members visited whilst i was away and all commented on the lovely atmosphere....mum was very settled and didn't want to come home ....would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate in placing mum here should the need arise ...thank you once again

I have visited here in a working capacity and was impressed by the professional and caring nature of the staff. The residents appeared happy and the home was clean and well maintained.

Fantastic caring staff have now stopped stressing over my fathers care since he went into here they work long hours and are always on hand for any concerns we have and trust me they need a medal for the demands put on them would highly recommend to anyone
