They have got very bad, just seem to want the money . They used to be very good . We couldn’t have made it in our bungalow without their help but they have no idea of complex mental disabilities or seem to care ,it can depend whom you get of course .

I’m sure they do sterling work for the homeless & addicted but should not be allowed to work with complex disabilities such as severe Dissociative Identity Disorder with Chronic Post Traumatic Stress Disorder .
They have no training in these conditions yet one has to find fees of £60 a week out of ones ESA for 8 hours & sometimes less support .

After being verbally abused by staff ,nothing being done to help on occasions we just didn’t get value for money .
Something they all seem to be into in a very big way . £’s!
You have to pay for everything . Even their drinks . Calls are forever taken whilst in your working hours & smoking - outside as we do not allow it inside .

They talk about holidays they take in their £1000’s so they must be very well paid . Back in the 80’s I used to get £15 an hour! They are not short of a penny or two ,numerous properties they own which seems tactless when one has never has the money to afford a holiday (except when a little child with grand parents to caravan sites in Clacton ).They put my life in jeopardy & had a very uncaring attitude especially a worker called Max who sat in the communal garden smoking cigarettes using his mobile ,drinking our juice , refusing to take our therapy dog for a walk telling a 3 1/2 year old personality in soiled clothing it was her responsibility . In the whole week just one fruit shot juice & a small rown trees jelly was given leaving us dehydrated and with two stokes gravely ill & a grade 3 pressure sore!

A waste of time. Just another bunch of "Charity" blood suckers. Iv been sleeping rough for 8 months and they have done nothing and Im not alone in this. The only ones they help is themselves by getting nice fat wage packets for little work
