We’ve done a few children’s parties here now and it’s a great community hall. The main room is a great size and so is the stage. Kitchen is tidy and clean. There is a nice outside space for use in the summer with good parking. Ideal for kids birthday parties!

I went to have my Covid vaccine yesterday evening. The volunteers and nurses were extremely polite. Safety and social distancing was of paramount importance. I was in and out within minutes. Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Poor communication in answering queries - was simply directed to an online booking system which generated more questions. The only person seemingly able to answer those questions is unavailable for the whole of August, but all this is irrelevant as all day Saturday bookings for the main hall are not possible due to them allowing a 2 hour weekly club to monopolise the bookings.

The kindness and compassion from the staff at the vaccination centre is second to none. I had suspected COVID in March 2021 and since I got ill I have suffered with a myriad of symptoms from palpitations, confusion, brain fog, muscle spasms, breathlessness, exercise intolerance and have had to pause my university degree in veterinary medicine to get myself better. Unfortunately it's a slow process and I have been very anxious to get the vaccine in case it re-surfaces some of my old symptoms which have settled down. I booked my first Pfizer vaccination and when I went to the centre I was adamant I was just going to talk and not get it done. The staff were so understanding and comforting, telling me they had had loved ones in a similar situation. Despite me bawling my eyes out for 30 minutes and having a few panic attacks, including initially panicking when they went to inject me, the staff were so unwavingly sympathetic, didn't lose patience and brought me water. I had my vaccine done and they watched me for 30 minutes instead of the usual 15 minutes and although I've had a rough 48 hours I'm glad I had it done. It did temporarily drag up some of my old symptoms but it looks like they've settled back down. Thank you for your generosity and kindness. This was the hardest decision of my life and you all brought me so much peace and comfort.

Covid vaccination , friendly staff, fast , safe no issues , very happy now as iv had no side effects beyond what i'd expect from having a needle in my arm in a professional practice.

I am very happy with the service revived thank you all at northend community for makeing this possible.
