Scummy company that seems adamant to destroy any pub that they buy out. A prime example of this being one of my local pubs for years had a cheap drink deals on a Tuesday. Now Stonegate has made the decision to make these deals only available to students. Students already get the same deal from Monday to Thursday so why did regular customers have to get excluded from the deal? I tried to contact Stonegate directly and was met with the typical corporate bs of there's other deals. Big surprise, there isn't. Now this particular pub will suffer because myself and other regulars will take our business elsewhere. I never thought there could be a worse company than Wetherspoons for being scum but Stonegate has won the award because at least in a Wetherspoons, drinks are priced well.

Rang the company today to let them know the online ordering system isn't working and to check my booking. The woman in bookings was the RUDEST person I have ever spoken to and then hung up. Unbelievably bad customer service

Just to clear summot up the thing about stonegate n me sueing and getin lawyers envolved is nothing to do with cuttingrooms as respect they treated me like family my issue and reason im not on the door is due to stonegate company not doing there jobs properly be4 dismissing and banning me from all venues from a inccident from 2 years and 6 months ago at slug and lettice bromsgrove were i was assulted by a off duty cop by spitting and punching me in a chuma under my eye and deffended myself and tim head of security for stonegate company after 2 years and 6months decided to ban me from all venues for a email that was sent annomusly saying they were gonna go to media there for it was a unfair dismissle and slander as there was no investigation into it so i have now gone papers and lawyers

Really rude staff would not recommend to anyone. Please do not paternise these awfull pubs. They do not care about you. They do not care about anything, they are a hartless chane with no morals. After making a complaint a women called Lara accused me of having a separate incident, I asked what that incident was, to which she ignored me and failed to do anything with my complaint. I am still following up on this over a month after initaly writing. Awful customer service!

When I made a complaint to HO asking for phone calls to be reviewed and to be compensated after I was misled about my birthday booking, I was told "Unfortunately our booking team calls are not recorded. Again we apologise for any confusion and the impact this had on your night but we will now not be taking this matter further". No acceptance of responsibility, no solution, no nothing. Incredibly disappointing!

Not happy your assistant manager of 36 locked my 18 year old son in the office stating let u out when u go out with me, manager hid the situation, police been involved, email will be sent to u and all information to the echo, manager been brushing under the carpet, this has caused serious mental issues eit my son

my local,best pub in town,forget spoons,staff are brilliant food great and but now you have timothy taylor as the number one guest ale and the added bonus of the loyalty card who could possibly wish for more.
