Was transferred from school for concerns about eating disorder and anxiety , the lady said I didn’t have an eating disorder and I had less anxiety than the average person. Got told it was pointless me comming after 2 sessions of the suggested 8 for CBT. Also got told i was apparently not autistic after these 2 sessions

Had a great experience with this company. They truly are one of the friendliest people to deal with.. I made connection with a gentleman called Rasol. His advice was great and it’s good to know that I can speak to kind people like this in a time of need. So grateful.

SHAMBOLIC! Pre-pandemic, my friend spoke in 'confidence' about the mental health issues she was facing at a drop in. She was sent home with the promise of further counselling, as soon as it was available. An hour later, my friend's dad and I both received calls from a staff member, informing us that they had severe concerns about my friend's wellbeing and that the police had been informed and were out looking for her, meanwhile she was at home in her bedroom. After completely traumatising and humiliating my friend, they then did not bother to contact her once after this occasion, to see how she was or offer support, even after expressing 'severe concern' over her wellbeing.
There is a reason why their only positive review is from themselves...
