First visit here recently due to work, lovely old building, staff were amazing and residents seemed to be having a good time. It was nice to see all the activates and animals roaming.

No respect for staff members, unappreciated no matter how hard you try. Had no support through hard times. Was being accused of things after handing in my notice and then left with no pay for the work I had completed. Horrible company. The money this charity gets doesn’t benefit the residents in anyway. Lady Dane just waste money on fancy sofas that don’t last two minute.

Visiting my friend. The staff, though obviously busy, were so caring and made time to talk things through. Though it can't be like being at home, my friend said that everyone is lovely and taking great care of him.
