Don’t waste your time. The last conversation I had was to call them when my son’s IEP came up. However, I had another question called about it and was informed my case was closed. The tone of Lois changed she told me to call the government agency I made a complaint with and if something happens to my son call 911. Thankfully, when my issues with my son’s school happened I found parent groups that had other attorneys that wanted to take my case. I would do that instead of coming to this office. They took my personal information and didn’t do anything. Unlike other attorneys that give you paperwork to fill out.

My son was diagnosed with with multiple learning disabilities and was struggling to get the help he needed in school. Our advocate was fantastic in breaking down what was needed and helped getting my son an IEP. I doubt we would have been successful without her.

Everything that was Agreed Friday, March 5th, 2021 in the meeting with myself, the district lawyer and AVOCATE was NEVER Done As Agreed. When I went to the Elmsford office, I was basically kicked out and told, " We have no more dealings in this matter as it's been resolved."

But NOTHING WAS RESOLVED.

And Now its 2 months LEFT IN THE MARKING PERIOD >>>>>NO IMPROVEMENT YET.

DIDN"T EVEN STICK TO THE AGREEMENT?

AGAIN.... WHAT DID STUDENT ADVOCACY DO TO HELP MY CHILD IN SCHOOL?
