I've wanted to try pole for years but was too nervous to give it a go. I saw Sugar High was offering a 4 week Foundation Course and decided to sign up, and I'm so glad I did! It's such a lovely studio and immediately I felt welcomed and at ease. I've had classes with Jess and Carley, who are both so friendly and encouraging and make learning new things a lot less intimidating. Everyone there is so lovely, it feels like such a nice little community and I'm so excited to continue my pole journey at Sugar High!

I absolutely love my classes at Sugar High. The studio is lovely, the instructors are so friendly, welcoming and professional. They are able to cater to all abilities and are extremely encouraging.
I have trained for a while with the girls now but my youngest sister has also joined with aerial hoop. She absolutely loved the Junior classes.
I’ve recently completed their first silks and trapeze 4 week course and I have loved it and it’s definitely helped my strength for other equipment.

Such a lovely and friendly place to learn pole, lollipop, hoop and other aspects of aerial fitness. The instructors and all students are so supportive. Made some beautiful and inspiring friends. 💖

Best. Decision. You. Will. Make. Honestly, so happy I decided to take the plunge and try the foundation class after saying for years I wanted to try pole/aerial. I didn’t know anyone in the classes at first so was really nervous, but it was a total non issue. The girls are great instructors and it’s such a nice environment to learn a new skill and get a really good workout!

The Studio is CLEAN and beautiful, I love the lights on the back wall, there's plenty of room for warm-ups/cool downs, various equipment and there's still space to keep yourself at a safe distance! All safety measures are in place, lovely clean facilities, good parking available and places to keep personal belongings.

The owners are AMAZING, friendly, kind, polite, SUPER Supportive, approachable and all round beautiful people.

I look forward to many years as a Sugar High Aerial Studio Member :)!!!!
