I have been with Superior for awhile now, and I’m very impressed with the care they provide. I have had a few issues, which is to be expected with any company, but they have always taken the time to listen to any problems and have found ways to provide solutions to these. Their carers are so lovely and have taken time to get to know me as a person all-round, rather than just my care needs. They are respectful towards me and my home. I have been with other companies and can say that I’m definitely glad to be with Superior.

They emailed me out of the blue; they found my email details on LinkedIn, but decided to send an unsolicited marketing email. This email basically said that as a busy executive, I can put my parents into a home to give me peace of mind. I find this approach horrible; they may be a great care company, but the pitch of, now you are busy, send your old parents away, is not my values. Even if I did consider it, I would not send my parents to a place that was all about benefits to my busy life. Have some respect for your parents.
