Currently, the following people are involved in a squalid cover-up of the abuse and neglect of a vulnerable adult.

1. Lynda Donaldson
HR Director and Head of Safeguarding

2. The Revd Peter Harwood
Diocese of Guildford’s Director of Mission

3. Jackie Broadfoot
Diocesan Safeguarding Advisor
(Retired Detective Inspector of Surrey Police)

4. Ruth Blanco
Interim Head of Communications

I had a voluntary interview with Surrey Police on the 25th May 2022, and SAAVs supplied an Appropriate Adult to support me, but I've since discovered that SAAVs are not independent of the Police and they are riddled with conflicts of interests, so I have no confidence in the service it runs, because they claim that Protecting and Safeguarding the rights of people is a key element of thier work, which includes holding the Police to account without fear or favour, but these claims are misleading and tokenistic for the following reasons:

1. The AA’s role is co-opted with Surrey Police to secure evidence, at the expense of the suspect.

2. The AA safeguard is an evidential safeguard, i.e one that protects the integrity of the evidence, therfore, the AA safeguard, was not, and still is not, designed to meet the specific needs of vulnerable suspects.

3. SAAVs Appropriate Adults act as either idle observers, or agents of interrogation.

4. SAAVs are unwilling to criticise Surrey Police.

5. SAAVs are cheerleaders for Surrey Police.

6. SAAVs are not independent of Surrey Police.

7. SAAVs primary mission appears to be to avoid rocking the boat.

8. SAAVs betrays the communities that need it most.

9. SAAVs has a lack of actual and perceived independence from the Surrey Police.

10. SAAVs is broadly supportive of Surrey Police and its agenda.

11. SAAVs echoes the position taken by Surrey Police.

12. SAAVs turns a blind eye to all misconduct commited by the Police.

13. SAAVs used a retired Police Officer that acted as an Appropriate Adults, in secrecy.

14. Any service/safegaurding complaints made to SAAVs, which is a service that is supllied by The Diocese of Guildford, will be passed to the Diocese Safeguarding Adviser Jackie Broadfoot, who is a retired police officer of 30 years service, she was a detective for the majority of her service and retired as a Detective Inspector, and she was alead trainer for Achieving Best Evidence interviewing for Surrey Police, and is still involved in services suploed to the Police, including,
Intermediary Services, Investigative Interviewing and Training, in which she takes instructions from the Police to fulfil those roles.

15. SAAVs supplies volunteers to act as appropriate adults in violation of PACE Code 1.7 (b) (ii), because they SAAVs are considered members of the police workforce as they provide services, in pursuance of contractual arrangements, to assist Surrey Police Force in relation to the discharge of its chief officer’s functions.

16. The Diocese of Guildford claims "SAFEGUARDING The Diocese does not tolerate abuse of any kind", but this is clearly a lie, as not only do they tolerate and turn a blind eye to abuse, but they also participate in abuse of vulnerable members of the public.

Therefore, its perfectly clear that the service (SAAVs), that is run by The Diocese in Guildford, is a complete sham, it's not fit for purpose in way shape or form, and they are fantastically corrupt, trust them at your own peril.

Allegedly Amanda Lynch “help in Islington Police station, when arbitrary arrest was made and other crimes toward disabled child and mother. Those people are fraud and scammers, intentionally.
