I found a young swan on a enclosed pond lot of vegetation around the pond with a fence I called Swan Support & they came out within 2 hours Steve the rescuer was absolutely amazing it took a few hours but eventually he got the swan out these guys deserve all the admiration they can get ,another swan saved Thank you

Very caring people, always at the end of the phone to offer advice & help. Drove to Southampton tonight, arriving at 9pm to collect an injured Swan that my daughter had rescued.

I have called out Swan Support on a few occasions and they have been so helpful! They are amazing - their care and consideration for not just Swans but also ducks and geese is second to none! They are full of knowledge and do such an important job rescuing and rehabilitating these beautiful birds - thank you for everything you do!

These guys are most selfless, amazing people.
After finding a swan in distress with a fishing hook and line stuck in its wing.. National Trust wouldn’t help.
Wild Life Protection weren’t interested as it was 4pm and they were almost clocking off (‘call back tomorrow if it’s still there / alive!!!!’)
RSPCA took a report but weren’t going to do anything, something about it not being a domestic animal.
Swan support came out as soon as they could after rescuing several other swans. They spent a long evening walking up and down a canal in the dark finding the injured swan. They managed to find the swan, remove the hook and line, treat the wound and were able to send him back on his way to his friends! All on a valentines evening when I’m sure their other halves would have appreciated having them home with a take away and a romantic swan documentary!
We have donated and will do again.

Steve and Claire are true heroes. They arrived in the cold, dark and rain at 7pm in Valentines evening after all other charities had asked us to wait until the morning with an injured swan. Without hesitating they jumped in their canoe and after searching for over an hour they found the swan, removed the fishing hook and set it free. I am so grateful for their care and dedication to save these beautiful birds. Thank you so much for caring

I reluctantly called swan Support today as needed help to retrieve a parrot, obviously thought they wouldn’t help as it’s nothing to do with swans. Well how wrong was I! They turned up in no time at all and saved the day in minutes after we’ve been standing by helpless for 28 hours. Wonderful people doing a fantastic job!

Swan support are absolute legends! 100% thanks to them our family Mumma Dadda and all EIGHT bubba’s made it through last year x they had so many dramas and Wendy’s team, mostly Steve and Jo were here at a drop of a hat for every drama along the way x our last bubba was safely taken away by them and re homed in March as it would not leave home and was therefore in extreme danger from the parents who are now nesting again 💕💕💕 thank you team from the bottom of my heart - I hope we do not give you quite so many dramas this year x Deb and all the Uxbridge lock down swan family fan club xxx just 2 of last years bubba’s at a few days old xxx
