A great place right in the centre of the town centre. It is located at Wyvern House with the main entrance from the Wyvern Theatre side. There is also a disabled access on the Library side with stairlift facilities (ideal for elderly too).

The place provides excellent community facilities with a large hall, a prayer room, medium sized hall and couple of smaller rooms. I was advised that yoga, chess, religious classes are planned to be organised soon. Look forward to that!!

There are lots of paid public parking places, free 1hr parking on the side streets, and great public transport link.

I attended the grand opening on 3/4th September and prayed in the prayer room which was a divine and blissful experience.

It’s a great blessing to have Hindu community centre in the heart of Swindon town centre. I really feel very peaceful when I visit and have darshan of beautiful deities. Very calm and quiet premises which helps to pray and meditate. Also very good facilities like toilets, hand wash area, drinking water, kitchen , disabled access lifts are there. Highly recommended to all who would like to have a peaceful darshan, aarti and prasadam. Great place to mingle with people and celebrate the cultural festivals.

SHC is good place to mingle with community. They offer free chess coaching. Also, have dance classes for kids and adults and lot of community events. It's nice and calm place.

New temple location. It is peaceful to be here. 3 floor space dedicated for temple have much more area to celebrate the occasion. Must visit.
