Tai Tarian are useless as long as they get their rent they are not interested in doing things for their tenants my garden wall and shed were knocked down by a car whose breaks failed the car was parked illegally and was complained about on numerous occasions but nothing was done also problems with dogs crapping on people’s gardens and not being cleaned up if I could have given a zero rating I would have Neath council were slow getting things done but tai Tarian are even slower I am one of many who think tai Tarian shouldn’t exist the houses should have been left with Neath council. Tuesday 4th of march 2025 tai Tarian got clowns out cutting grass when it’s barely an inch long yet in may, June and july when grass is 2 foot long they won’t cut it doesn’t make sense but there we are that’s tai Tarian for you absolutely useless

Tai Tarian has demonstrated a lack of care and consideration for the well-being of its tenants. The living conditions in their properties are often substandard and their response to tenant concerns is inadequate.

New tenant of tai tarian for the past 6 months. I have found them an outstanding hosuing association and cannot fault them. Customer service from receptionist is always great along with all departments I've dealt with from tai tarian. I'm always chased with appointments to have repairs done rather than myself chasing them up. Pleasure to deal with.

Tai tarian don’t want to put money into fixing our homes so bring back the right to buy so that all the money we who have tenancies keep putting into fixing these homes can eventually be our permanent home to leave to our children

Been living at the property for over 2 years and in those two years I’ve had nothing but issues and no solutions! I’ve had damp issues since moving in. Rats in my walls and attic and back door where my two year old lives! They should be ashamed. Inspector has come out and made nothing but empty promises to someone that is mentally ill and has left me and my 2 year old living in a home that now has electrical issues as the rats have eaten through but yet it’s not tai tarian problem! But when it comes down to tai tarian not keeping up with how dirty neighbours that are Tai Tarian tenants which is why I’ve had rats come in through my walls! I can hear them scurrying around while my daughter sleeps in her bed! Waiting for over a year for a fence deemed unsafe as there is a drop and it’s completely rotten I can poke it with my finger and it crumbles!
Plaster falling off walls since I moved and and apparently it’s down to me to plaster and figure out why it’s been falling off since I’ve moved in. Being told it’s just abit of painting and decorating by Jerome that comes and inspects these issues when I’m constantly putting money into fixing issues that is down to tai tarian.
Kitchen is not sealed from the outside so i constantly have slugs and water leaking into my kitchen my baby has been made sick from this!
I’ve also had issues but how unsafe the ground work is my toddler has been rushed to hospital on two occasions due to this home being unsafe. Kitchen units that fall apart falling on my two year old feet! Yet there’s no urgency to fixing these things. As I asked this to inspector I’ll say it again here Would the staff want this for their children? Some of us haven’t had a good start at life and this is the best opportunity for a home over our heads but doesn’t mean we have to live in dirty damaged homes!

If your a single person looking to find a place, don't bother trying to get a place with this company, they don't want to know, you will be on the list for years and years unless you go private or find another provider.

Hurendos landlird failings drainage /sewage/flooding as non repaired /unsafe stsirlift and heating unable to use. Formal complaint ignored the ombudsman to and informed all failing reoairs documented by Andrew carry and Linda wbitiker done 10+ years on they see not January 2024
The investigating it at neath port talbot shown safty issues and access to the stairlift non working 2years . They tressoassed twice by climbing in from a neighbour causing damage reported to them and police with lije all the failed repairs photoed and videoed as proof. There own then failed as I'm disabled with an eye condition etc and caused a breech off my rights as I proved az they chose to ignore documenting to them emails etc and though feedback are ment yo be responding all notified 12/03/24 finally and all not responded at all all letters to all departments rent in recorded sighn for and still waiting. Shocking landlird who is bad with disabled tennants as I can prove and documented for legal reasons. As a, social landlord under the welsh assembly I informed and also the wrlsh ombudsman Steve beisley as though he informed them off things to do they told him done when 3+ years still the same as 10 years ago this the up to date welsh assembly social landlord rules and there housing stock staff repairs and complaints, as a Tennant should about all documented but the landlord fails there tennancey agreement even letters in large print to assist. Would advise to miss unless no choice.
RECOMEND PHOTO ALL RECORD ALL AND KEEP PAPERWORK AS THEY DO NOT DO NOT HAND OUT KEYS AS THEY LOOSE INC CAR AND OIL KEYS STILL AND BLAME TENNANT.

Easily the most incompetent, racist, classist and outright useless company in existence. Never met a member of their staff with an IQ above 60. That includes the idiots reading this.

Don't ever live in or buy a property that they have anything to do with. They often don't comply with necessary regulations and more often than not don't even know what they should be complying with.

If you work for this company you are part of the problem and you're likely there because you're too useless to work anywhere else.

Housing officers do Zero about Noighbour Anti Sicial Behaviour.
Threats etc plus I've got fellow Tennats to back up my Accusations.
Repais are shabby and unprofessional.
Coastal Housing Officers are a Ton More Proactive.
The bigger Tai taran have become the more distant they've become from their tennants.
Sad.
