Treated me really bad, discriminated against me, wrote awful comments about me in emails to the local authority , totally misunderstood my communication and language differences , would not make reasonable adjustments, 3 members of staff pretending they are not there/let me down at meetings, told me they would create a bespoke package but told the la they thought I was entitled mentally unwell individual who needed emotional support not support from Talbot house. Really upset me, put my trust in them, treated me like i was worthless, could not belive I was reliving my childhood trauma of being ostracised, excluded again because of my adhd differences. I've been totally misunderstood by those who are required be inclusive to ALL disabilities under the Equality Act. Clearly continuing to discrimate against me and spread gossip because other talbot house users delete communication with me/,dont want to associate with me on the FB page, feel degraded, and the cruel unfair treatment of me including silent treatment/stone walling is being socially accepted by a group of people and ny concerns not being given the light of day because it seems i'm the only person in 50 years feeling like this, so i must be trouble causing/lying.
Should be ashamed of themselves
treating me like this is , I felt let down, and caused extreme adversity including inappropriate welfare concerns involving police turning up at my home ruining by daughters birthday,
hypocritical behaviour raising safeguarding concerns whilst behaving in ways that is known to cause of poor mental health and suicide attempts!!! Totally blanked any communication i'm making to resolve/redact inappropriate communications between services, remove inappropriate content on systems. I'm so worthless and my children if we are blocked from funded resources accessed via daughters autism diagnoses, ignore emails sent to access complaint support service to resolve /redacted of the inappropriate and discriminatory behaviour continuing to treat me this way /not being inclusiveness to my disabilities did not care to understand or accept my dual diagnosis combined adhd and complex trauma . treated me differently than all the other service users #discrimination . Only reason I'm not pursuing legal action is because I'm the only person I know who's been treated bad, and I would not put people through a disability discrimination claim who have helped so many people and if i did pursue it , it would impact more than those that have hurt my feelings/put my family at detriment . I dont believe talbot house set out to discriminate against me , but its frustrating and that they seem completely convinced that they are right in their judging that I'm some kind of cretin /waste of space and i feel are justify their awful behaviour towards me based on that.
