I have worked for Targeted Provision since 2020 and I love the flexibility it provides. I have a steady flow of learners, some long term too. The staff are very kind and helpful and they offer online training and a range of CPD packages. It started as an additional job but is now my main job. Working online allows me to reach more students throughout the country too. I am happy to be working with TP.

Working as a tutor with Targeted Provision has been a great experience after coming out of a school setting. The staff are on hand any time of the day and are fully supportive, and thorough with the young people they/we support. I would recommend TP, if you wish to tutor on the side, or make it as your sole job.

Applied yesterday with this company and I've been rejected pretty much straight away. I have so many qualifications, experience and training under my belt yet been immediately rejected. Yet apparently they are hiring multiple candidates 🤔 the email also says they can't provide feedback! Very unprofessional and disappointing . Makes me wonder if half of these good reviews are genuine!

I've worked for Targeted Provision for 18 months; it has been my main job for the last 6 months, and I have been very happy with my job and the support I get. The staff are always friendly, supportive, and understanding. I have regular students with whom I have built great working relationships, and who are an excellent match for my skills. There is no stress, very little admin, and I am trusted to be a professional and make my own decisions when & how to teach, and my efforts are appreciated! Training is excellent, and there is support there for resources if you need it. Would definitely recommend!

Since working with Targeted Provision I have always felt supported from the initial referral stage right through to working with a student. I always feel there is someone I can call when I've needed additional help with a student, they always listen and are very keen to make sure that I, as the tutor, are coping. The admin team have always gone above and beyond to make a referral work but I've never felt pressured to accept a student if I didn't feel comfortable. You are free to accept as many or few students as you wish.
Completing reports at the end of each session is made as straightforward as possible and payments have always been made at the right time.
I was hesitant about joining a tutoring agency, having never wanted to tutor purely GCSE/A level. I came across Targeted Provision and felt their ethos matched with mine and have not looked back- I wish I'd done it sooner.

I was pointed in the direction of Targeted Provision because it aligned with my values of whole child teaching. The staff at TP understand that the children need to feel safe, valued and respected before any meaningful academic learning can take place. Whether we are celebrating Functional Skills success or the first time a child reads aloud, senior staff value our excitement too! And if that isn’t enough for you - as a teacher your well being is equally as important as your students. Regular check-ins are always positive! Happy tutors make happy students!
