Without this place and Tonia it wouldn't of been possible for me to see my 3 little children ages phoebe 14 Nicole 10 and Jamie who's 9 years old. They are my whole world and tonia and the hub have continously helped me throughout this whole ordeal. I don't honestly know where I'd be without the help. Universal credit were a joke leaving me with nothing to live and I mean 0. All other agency's don't really want to know it's not them is it!!!!!! So why should they be so bothered... Tees hub are on the ground and really in your face help.. How refreshing.. I'm a working man who's getting hammered of council tax taking a third of my money every fortnight, And I'm struggling like mad with bills cost of living, Even just shopping for me and the kids. Tonia in particular has been like a guardian angel it feels I just can't believe how honest and nice these people are BUT I TELL YOU THIS THEY REALLY ARE GENUINE. And restored my faith in human kindness. There isn't even words invented yet that can describe how grateful I am to these people, Even now to this day because they are still part of my life and I'm happy about that.... I love them to bits Mark Tweddell xx

I wanted to donate my kitchen appliances (brand new) before leaving for Italy.

They came on Sunday afternoon, and they were visibly not interested in my stuff, which is fine. But what happened after was simply disgusting; they decided to take the washing machine, cut off the plug, and then disassemble the pipe.

The water was everywhere; floor and furniture but I did not mind. Then, they left the washing machine and wanted to take the table and chairs. So, they took the chairs and tried to disassemble the table legs; of course, they could not because they came with no tools.

Again, they went back to the washing machine, but when they approached the stairs ( I lived in a flat, and they knew it), they decided they did not want it. They said:”we could not take it downstairs; sorry, we only accept the chairs.”

They left me with no chairs, the washing machine in the middle of the room, cut off and unplugged, and I could not even use the kitchen sink. The table flipped over, and a mess with loads of water on the floor. Ah! Forgot to say, they took my bag bins.

When I realised that I could not use the sink, I tried to call them back to help me, at least with that. They did not answer.

That behaviour was disgusting and unprofessional. Should they help people? I don't think so. If you could not be able to get the appliances because of the stairs, I would have appreciated the truth, but not doing something like that, to a woman alone. I am repeating myself, but that was DISGUSTING.
