Countless calls, with only a voicemail, no human ever answered.

With an approximate 1 in 3 chance of the call being returned, all I ever got were repeated promises of someone being allocated. 4 months on, zero help, zero allocation. There's clearly no service provided by these people.

I am very disappointed with this place. Have asked for assistance and have not received none. It is not fit for purpose. I wouldn't even give it one star.
West London is deprived of an advocacy service. If any one know of any sound service in this area, please let me know.
