Been here once a week, since we moved to Scunthorpe not had a bad meal and staff are super friendly and helpful.

Free coffee after 3pm.staff are very helpful and although a little expensive to eat etc .its somewhere to get help with whatever you want sort yourself. Open 9 til 4 or something like that

It is a nice place to go for some think to eat and very welcoming with the staff that work there and it all so has the post office and it is really good for the community and the reception staff that work for ongo they are really nice and very helpful

Only use the Post office in there and to be honest I feel uncomfortable in there now due to the young yobs in the cafe area. I'm disabled and withdrew £200 and heard one of them telling the others that I had £200 on me. They followed me out so I tried to get to my car quickly but all their bikes were in the entrance and I almost fell over them. The post office could do with better privacy and there needs to be a NO BIKES IN ENTRANCE rule. One gent couldn't get in due to bikes as he used a mobility scooter.
