On the 09/08/2024 in the morning I spoke to someone named ‘Tina’ and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. If people are paying for a membership and ARTP relies donations, actively paying members should not be met with rude, dismissive staff. She was very combative when I questioned why my membership was cancelled earlier than agreed. There was email proof that there was an over a month delay with the activation of my membership. We were able to come to an agreement, after she hung up the phone on me. Respiratory Physiology is a niche industry and aside from rude, dismissive staff. ARTP should have more resources, communities and access. The part 1 handbook has been out of stock for over 3 years. It’s just not good enough.
