Unfortunately not the best service I've ever had, I purchased a copy of the Wings of Change DVD for a friends daughter who lives in Europe who is mad on owls, again unfortunately the DVD arrived with a damaged box, it was quite obvious the box was already damaged before it was posted due to no bits of the box in the rather poor packaging it was sent in. I approached the trust to make them aware and asked what compensation they were prepared to offer. The only offer was a replacement box.
First I replaced the box myself due to the fact it had to be reposted to Europe and had made the trust aware, so no use having a replacement.
Secondly the packaging I approve totally of recycling but not at the cost of the customer satisfaction.
Thirdly and this annoyed me the most they blamed it of the postal service for the damage and down to me to claim against them for it.
Now we have consumer law in this country and it helps the customer to be covered if things go wrong, but the basic law is the customer has the contract with the supplier only and if things go wrong its up to the supplier to put them right.
Also when I has for compensation you immediately thought of money, I wasn't after that, in fact if you had offered anything I would have considered if.
Now the review of the DVD, sorry but I have not seen it and this comes from my friend, generally poor, its aimed at young children only and very basic in its information, certainly not worth £16 for 18 minutes.
So will I support the trust again, sorry no.
