Lovely venue for a party or event. The stage is massive with a good sized dance floor and loads of seating available. The bar has a good selection and the staff are lovely. There's a massive car park at the back too.

It's a really nice freindly place. Emma behind the bar today, such a lovely and hardworking woman. I go there mainly for the quiz on Wednesday's hosted by the delightful fun loving Claire, she has an infectious laugh and it's always fun. Plenty of good eating places and pub's around there too.. so all in all a good night out.. I was watching the footy today, watched Newcastle beat Manchester city, good game in the end.

Nice pub, nice people, great prices. The thing that lets it down is that it's steifilingly hot in there, to the point you can't wait to get outside for some fresh air. The heating appears to be on full blast with ceiling fans wafting it around. Wheather this is a tactic to make you buy more drinks i don't know but it makes what would otherwise be a 5 star rating to just a 3 because of how uncomfortable the heat makes you feel. Shame
