Gosh where to start!!!
No 1 Grooms Cottage
The bread, milk and Prosecco were very much appreciated as we’d forgotten bread and milk!
The whole house is beautiful and comfortable, would definitely stay here again, the beds are dreamy, and were soooo comfy.
The cottage is so close to all amenities in Dunster! The information centre is just across the road, great for deciding where to go and just by there is a great coffee and cake shop.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Coach House despite the February rain! We would love to stay again for longer in the summer.
The house is cosy and very well equipped. Availability of Netflix was much appreciated in the evenings. The view from the kitchen window is spectacular and listening to the sea whilst in bed very soothing.
Porlock Weir has places to eat and gift shops but you need to go to Porlock itself for food shopping.

We really loved Pip's corner. Everyone was really impressed by the kitchen! It was lovely of Kath to make us her banana muffins which were delicious. My whole family appreciated the space and decor. Thank you for making our 20th wedding anniversary extra special. We were very sad to leave!

Really lovely well equipped cottage, with a beautiful garden and view of the Bristol channel. The courtyard was a real suntrap and there were little extras in the cottage including a welcome bottle of wine in the fridge Our dog Milly loved the enclosed orchard behind the cottage. Only a short walk to Porlock a very pretty village or slightly longer to Porlock Weir. Plenty of places to visit nearby. We have already recommended the cottage to friends.

Our second stay at Plum Tree Cottage. Beautifully clean, warm and well-equipped. Comfortable furniture, good showers with thick towels, decent TV. Great enclosed garden. Porlock is a well-functioning small town with a small Spar store providing essentials, hardware shop, chemist, butcher, and other shops and places to eat. Post office with walking equipment is great. Bake Me Crazy does very good cakes and sourdough bread. The coast, inland hills and Holnicote Estate (NT) are very good for walking. Support for any issues from Hazel is very prompt and much appreciated.

The Best of Exmoor have some beautiful properties on the books. We have booked three times with them. Always very easy to find properties and book them. Communication is always good. Stable cottage in Wheddon Cross is in a beautiful location. Very quiet. Owners on hand if you need them but otherwise leave you too it. The cottage was the best we have stayed in.... So clean, kitchen well equipped, very warm. Beds comfy.... Couldn't ask for anymore. Will absolutely be going back...

The Mill is situated in an amazing setting with fantastic views and walks from the doorstep.
The house is very spacious so the ten of us were able to spread ourselves out comfortably around the place.
When we arrived it felt very chilly but after a couple of hours of the heating being on the property was lovely and warm.
The beds were all very comfortable and there was enough storage space in each bedroom for a long weekends worth of clothing.
The property was listed as having parking for 3 cars but we easily parked a fourth car in the allocated space.
The galleried seating area was a lovely space to hang out in with plenty of space for board games.
The owner had very thoughtfully left us a Christmas tree and decorations to use so we had the spirit of Christmas with us whilst away from home.

We had a wonderful stay, Splatt Barn was v comfortable with amazing views. The noises at night are the birds/animals on the roof. The village people were v helpful and accommodating.
