A good community centre with plenty of group sessions going on every day including Art/crafts, knitting, Yoga, Meditation etc...there is also a food bank shop there every morning at 11am.
Monday- morning, Tea & me (chat)
Tuesday- 12pm meditation, 1pm, Yoga!
Wednesday 12pm Lunch!
Thursday knit, crochet & natter, tea & coffee, biscuits, cakes, group!
Friday- Art & Crafts group Tea & Coffee biscuits, cakes & natter! All at Birchwood, Ennerdale, Tanhouse, Skelmersdale. All groups All Welcome!

I 1st hand experience with the birchwood centre many years ago ...all I can say is I have a beautiful family a lovely home and reconnected with family and become strong independent working happy mum and that from the help of the staff that help me learn how to cook clean budget money and love .yourself and helped me through college and helped me get my 1st flat as a single women on my own over 14years ago ❤
