This is the last body shop near me. The next one is 2 hours away. If this store closes I'll have to find somewhere else to shop.
Lovely staff.
But can't fault the products which smell incredible. My partner and I buy all our hygiene body skin products ect and perfumes from body shop.
The points come in handy when you get little gifts or money off. We spend alot of money here but it's worth the treat.

On pay day I will be buying their foundation for the first time. Hopefully it works well with my skin.

I really like the body shop and specifically at the outlet you can get up to 40% off when purchasing 4 items, which includes sale bits so there's often great bargains to be had compared to normal stores. I find some items expensive and the body shop has very much turned into a premium brand.
Lovely members of staff who are always cheery and ready to help. I think the location is great so all in all, big thumbs up!

Of all the many different Body Shop stores I have visited, this one is by far the best. The team are all fantastic, knowledgeable and really make me feel like they want to help. I have been many times and will continue to do so. It's not often that you go to any big brand store and get service like you do at this one. Could not recommend more.

Went into the shop around 4.50pm and choose £40 worth of christmas presents, approached the till where 3 or 4 members of staff were chatting loudly and I was basically ignored for at least 2 minutes until one of them thought I had better serve the customer!.....made me feel really special that did. Great products poor customer service.
