Very friendly staff always available 24 hours a day. High security too. Key fob must be used to enter each area. There are many rooms here at the hostel. The council allow you to stay here for 4 weeks. The garden area is nice to sit in and pass the time of day. With hot or cold drinks and daily food packs available.

awful staff members don't help their residents kick people out for no reason because they can't do their job at helping those in need don't get referred to live here you'll regret it. don't know why they get paid to work their they might as well live at the place themselves

So,an odd place to review,this is a rehabilitation centre for the homeless,but still a very attractive building that used to house sailors from all the countries of the world,read the plaque outside and admire the architecture in the revamped area of old Southampton
