Poor lunch selection with toasties being the only hot food available.
Our food was cold and cheese was half melted. Not at all enjoyable. Staff busy so unable to tell them in person.
Would think twice about visiting again.

I participated in a craft fair market over he weekend which was fantastic. Joe and her team could not be more helpful if they tried. The garden centre itself if stunning and lots of lovely bits to choose from. The fact they hold these events as well is amazing as it helps small business's thrive. Thank you again Joe and team for a fantastic weekend.

Very disappointing visit today. Thought we had found a gem. Ordered two toasted sandwiches at 1.33pm and they still hadn’t arrived by 2.10pm. Asked for a refund which wasn’t given without the huffing and puffing ‘ this is all rather difficult for us’ approach. Refund eventually given along with a doggy bag of the meal we’d not been served. Poor quality, cheap ham, cheese and tomato ‘toasted’ sandwich in which the cheese wasn’t melted and the toasting consisted of three faint brown marks on cold white bread. Poor staff, lack of attention and no eye contact with the customer. I would suggest that poor management and staff training is the focus here, bolstered by my observation of a lack of management response to negative reviews on this establishment. A ‘good’ business practice will always see management addressing issues and complaints raised by customers. Sadly, we won’t be returning here. I await any indication of a concerned management response but my instinct tells me that this will not be forthcoming. Lost customers means lost revenues which is particularly worrying for a charity.

A fantastic opportunity for older young people and care leaves who haven't achieved at school to learn a trade and achieve their full working potential. The Camelia Botnar Foundation provides a safe environment for the trainees to learn their chosen trade, whilst also being a professional working environment, pushing them to be the best they can be. The quality of the facilities and training provided as well as the work they (and the trainees) produce I can't recommend enough.
