I came here about a year ago on numerous occasions, all of my appointments were free and with Ailsa, she was very friendly and helped me make adjustments to my cv she even offered me really valuable job advice including interview tips. I recently visited the Careers Hub for help with searching for training courses that are available to me in the local area as well as employment opportunities. Ailsa provided me with lots of useful information during our meeting to help me explore my options and provided excellent guidance which exceeded my expectations. I recently went to make an enquiry at the loughborough enterprise hub about my daughter on apprenticeship and the two staff i met namely Ailsa and Amanda were exceptional in breaking down all the little details i need which was very very helpful to me. They were amazing on giving me all the insight i needed as i was new the environment and needed help on how to assist my daughter to college .

This place has 2 good reviews. No doubt representing the two people it has helped successfully since it opened. I spent longer in that building filling in their forms, then the time they have spent helping me. Rude, pointless organisation and staff. I look forward to it failing and becoming a coffee shop. I feel sorry for the career advisors who will be without a job and have no idea on how to get one.
