I was referred here and had my first session with Nicola. There was no warm up process of getting me to feel comfortable, she just read out the form I needed to sign then had me go straight into talking about my trauma. Of course, talking about trauma got me very emotional, the tissues piling up. Suddenly she cut me off and said our session was up. She got up and stood there with the door open, ushering me to get out. I was trying to clear my face and mentioned this wasn’t an ideal situation to be in… she just went ‘Mm’ and didn’t care whatsoever. She walked me down to the toilet, said ‘See you next week’ and left. I felt vulnerable opening up to someone who was just waiting for the 50 minutes to be up. I do not recommend these sessions in Bedford AT ALL.
