Feel completely let down by Eldertree Tresilian Street group. I was discriminated against and marginalised by them . I live with MS and rely on support workers to go out. Not what they seem on the website.

I used to volunteer for Elder Tree many years ago. Now l have problems with agoraphobia and isolation and depression. But they wouldn't help me. Total waste of time. And made me feel as if my situation is hopeless! You have to be living alone with basically no one visiting you to receive any help. It doesn't say that on their website. And they never checked before visiting me. I know these are altruistic people but seriously? The website makes them seem far more promising than what they can actually provide.

Helping the elderly in Plymouth with daily programmes to keep silver foxes lively and active. A wonderful charity that needs support and volunteers.

Much needed 'club' to enable people who would otherwise be alone to meet and mingle with others in the same situation. The members of staff are caring and professional.
