An amazing project doing brilliant work. If you're struggling with homelessness, or are worried about becoming homeless, just go and talk to them. They'll be so happy to help. The building itself is beautiful and well worth a visit for anyone to see, and the art gallery and cookery school are both amazing and open to the public.

The staff lack experience in addiction. Poorly trained. They class them self as a charity but threaten those on benefits. It's a poorly run hostel. I have spoken to staff who left also!!

The Ferry Project is a brilliant and much needed organisation . Staff go above and beyond to ensure everyone's needs are met. The night shelter ensures that people don't have to sleep on the streets and have a safe, warm and friendly place to stay.
The café is fabulous and serves lovely homemade food! defiantly recommend!

Council tried to place me at the ferry project. You must pay for the food they prepare. Plus give up all your benefits except one hundred pounds a month . You are practically left with nothing to live off as they delegate how you should live your life. Working your way out of this situation is impossible. Its inhumane and almost a prison that keeps you on a certain level in life without letting you progress at all. The people that work here should be ashamed.

Wow. Where to start. I wasn't a wild child when I was given a place a Ferry Project. But was VERY withdrawn. Made things difficult for my primary keyworker. Whom I thought was just there to bully me. But turned out to be an amazing man. Who was very skilled at his job. Oh I was going to do whatever he suggested. Because he was clever in his wording. Haha. Eating was always an issue for me here. Finally began to make friends. Even when I overdosed. I was not judged by staff. Some staff members had more of an understanding. Having previously been residents themselves. When it came time for the move on stage. I was extremely reluctant. Even to the morning of moving. But I took the leap. And how I have progressed. Admittedly wish I stayed in Wisbech. I'm back in EXTREME bad living situation. Suffering emotional abuse, control, lack of respect, lies, invasion of privacy. This is my cousin perpetrating. I'll get out though. Because my mental health matters. These days I am an SIA licensed security officer! Whoever would have thought that? Considering I was definitely ONLY going to do care work. Haha. I'm grateful to all at Ferry Project. And miss my key workers. You were all key to the woman I am today. Thankyou.

This place is full of misconduct; abusive and controlling staff, drunks and drug addicts, rampant misogyny, ridiculous rules that have no real meaning, money-grubbing management, no fair procedure practices, but most importantly - they DON'T help anyone. They are being paid for a job which they all suck at so hard. If you value your mental and physical health, stay away from this utter hell-hole. It really as bad as people say it is. It's totally filthy and regularly gets bedbugs and scabies outbreaks. Avoid The Jokey Project at all costs.

If I could give 0/5 stars I would!Disgusting. They said they could support my sister with mental health issues and gave her a room. Within two weeks of no support what so ever she called me in distress after she came home to an eviction notice with immediate effect after spending 2 nights in hospital, they wouldn't even give her 24 hours to find somewhere to go. They claim to transform their lives and give them the tools they need to have a better life. What a joke, they need to be shut down putting people in need of support on the streets because she suffers with mental health which they claim to deal with. Disgusted
