If you find yourself in need of help and support from the The Fire Fighters Charity, then rest assured you are in very good hands. I am on my final day of a week long physiotherapy rehabilitation program and I am very pleased and grateful I was able to come here.

The staff are superb - from friendly and welcoming reception staff to knowledgeable and supportive physio team they really are first rate. The food provided, whilst a limited menu, is also excellent and always been tasty and enjoyable.

Accommodation and facilities are very good, with efforts made throughout the premises to make access as easy as possible for all ages and abilities. This even includes a wet room style walk in shower which was a definite bonus.

Many thanks to all the staff involved in making my stay here as smoothly run and enjoyable as possible.

I last visited here back in 2019 for 2 weeks, one week each time for physiotherapy, due to a knee injury. During my stay I was well looked after, from 3 meals a day, a packed daily programme of activities, to walks in the local area. I can’t praise the team at Jubilee House enough, they defiantly all play there part, to make it run smoothly.

So, this year was different, as I came with my wife & daughter staying for 7 days in bungalow 15. Again, the team were there whenever we needed them, but at the time left us with complete freedom.

If you have any connection to the Fire Service; Firefighter, Fire Control, Fire Support Staff etc. then get in touch with The Fire Fighters Charity.

Fantastic place. All staff are very welcoming and can't do enough. Spent a week up here for rest with family. They do also hire out the houses etc to the public which obviously the money goes back in to the charity.
