What a fantastic job Jason and his crew have done with this very special building in Newlyn. We were given a warm welcome today at lunchtime. The cafe was clean and newly decorated and they have made the most of the windows ... the views were just wonderful from every angle. The menu was varied and extensive, particularly considering the size of the venue and the food was extremely reasonably priced and was served quickly and piping hot. My friends had a Beamer each ... an enormous delicious doorstopper of a sandwich, crammed full with breakfast items and I had a cheese toastie which was cooked to perfection with not a hint of fat or grease. Jason had baked Cornish splits while we were there and I'm definitely going to try them next time as they looked divine. This venture really does deserve to thrive, not just because of the incredible food but also because it is a space for people to gather their thoughts and/or talk over any issues they may be experiencing.

Popped down today with partner and kids after opening just yesterday.
Lovely lovely place food and drinks were excellent and lovely and toasty with the woodburner burning inside.
Beautiful views of the harbour and felt very welcome from the team inside.

Highly recommended 5 stars!!!☕
