The company really helped me out and I was grateful for the patience of staff on the phone.
But when a member suggested I needed voice coaching, I was taken aback, as a teacher of English During chemotherapy people often have changes or difficulties with their senses, which was happening to me. I wish they would have taken this into account, and will in future. It's bad enough having cancer without it being inferred that one sounds like a nutter!

This is a small charity helping those with HIV in and around London, full of super friendly staff and volunteers. I speak from experience as I used to drive for this organisation until their focus shifted from 'delivering food to those in need' to 'getting those in need to learn about healthy and nutritious food preparation that meets their needs'. Their work is invaluable for among the most stigmatised groups in society, and I recommend them not only for their important work for their target group in our population, but also for their really friendly pool of staff and volunteers.
