I found something truly disgusting in my hot chocolate – a booger! I was understandably upset. However, the staff handled the situation well. They immediately apologized, replaced my drink with a fresh one, and were very apologetic. While the initial discovery was horrifying, their quick and sincere response did improve the experience. I'm still a little hesitant to return, but I appreciate their effort to rectify the situation.

A brilliant place with affordable good food and fantastic staff! We came to get suits fitted downstairs for our wedding and we were treated like royalty by the Atrium staff. Lucinda was easy to contact on messenger and extremely welcoming and accommodating when we arrived. All of our food arrived on time even when we were finished early and made changes. Food is great classic dishes with plenty of sauces available. The room is bright and airy well decorated and conveniently located to get to all the Forge shops. I can't thank the staff enough for taking one headache away from organising ten groomsmen together! 10/10 highly recommend
