Amore Mio Come Ti Amo.

I love to buy my perfumes at The Fragrance Shop. I always do. Some days you can be amazed at the offers. The service/ girls are always kind helpful, friendly and charming.

Although online shopping gives all the facilities, good service and sometimes better prices.
I'm a fashioned old customer and I still enjoy shopping at the shop right.
I truly love to look at the shops, visiting them, even though there is no need to buy anything. And yet, I always find something to my model gusto.

Let's be honest the High Streets and SHOPPING centres needed massively our support. What is gonna happen if there are no shopping centres and that lovely high street to visit.🤔

Just went in to get a bottle of Blue Jeans, the lovely lady whose name I didn’t catch offered an on skin sample and sorted me out with my membership card. Better than the other TFS stores in the area!

Ordered online, and product wasn't in the box and messaged there custo.er services to say I've been sent an empty box and still no response. I sent message at 9am. Buy empty box's from this company. Great stuff

BUYERS BEWARE!! Thought I was getting a good deal on some perfumes I had bought. Foolishly I hadnt checked prices with other shops before. I will know better next time as many other shops in the town offer better deals. Sales staff push for their discount scheme.....which even when cancelled, they have continued to take out of my bank account again this year, without my permission!!! My bank had to get involved to cancel it. Zero customer service from their head office. All replys are automated so issues dont get dealt with. I know Im not the only person. You can easily look up issues/complaints on various website pages. Staff, especially the manager is so full of themselves and very rude.

I recive an order from Fragrance Shop which they sell on Amazon too,so I recive an gift set Elizabeth Cardenas surprise ...the creams are not sealed and was empty...no invoce in box ...shame for this who work in shops and use some products ...I ask myself the director know what theyr employee do it?And I mention legal they have to put invoce and be eligible for return ...but because they use and sell it of course they don't accept return

Just note that if you are looking for any fragrance with an ozone smell/ note they don't offer this.
