Rude staff member oldish lady with grey hair called anita in late 50s absolutely disgusting over a 5pound note been a bit ruff looking like any other British Bank note place need closure due to staff not do there job properly even though she put under black light and it was perfect bank confirmation that she had no right to disallow this transaction will not be attended again even though my family hold membership there
