My mother seems generally quite happy and is much better than when she lived at home. Unfortunately age is taking its toll at over 90 but the home runs smoothly and most residents I talk to seem happy there. The staff are clearly struggling a bit with COVID protocols adding to their work burden but there have not been any outbreaks. Claire the manager is very efficient and I rate it 10/10.

Our lovely Mum became a resident in November 2021 when we realised she needed 24/7 support. For us as a family, Homestead ticks all the boxes. Caring, friendly, kind and happy staff made her welcome from Day 1. Collectively the staff have been brilliant at every level as our Mums Alzheimers gradually takes more and more of her,. They care with a capital C and give her lovely days within a safe and homely environment. From local staff who know the Exmouth area well to good home cooked delicious meals to keep her smiling whenever we visit, this home is where everyone would want there loved ones to live when its time for them to make their decision. Top staff, top home.
