Offers respite break to a child who REALLY needs it and then takes it away. Appalling and heartbreaking, plus having an even further knock on affect to my child’s mental health. Won’t engage with my child before hand to properly assess his needs just an email with lots of ridiculous points as to why he can’t attend now. You might be a charity but you have failed my child and people need to know about it. Engage with caution.
