I paid my £30 for the enhanced 5 generation pedigree for my newly registered pup back in April of this year and to date have received nothing. Like my fellow reviewers, emails just receive an automated reply. My numerous attempts to phone have always ended with me hanging up after interminable waits listening to some ghastly tune. It is obvious this organisation is a shambles and the management team should be held accountable. I think it is important that everyone should make a formal complaint to Trading Standards as it seems criminal that they can continue to receive payments for new registrations before they have dealt with the obvious back log.
They certainly don't even merit a single star.

If I could would give a zero. Every time I call them have been on hold for at least an hour. Today am at a 2hrs wait and counting ... and when you do reach someone, one person says one thing, whilst another something completely different. Been trying to resolve my issue since December. This institution should be closed down. If my issue is not resolved today I will make every effort to report this KC to the authorities and get them investigated. I am fed up with lies and corrupted institutions taking peoples' money and not giving a thing. This KC is a disgrace!

No matter how low I set the bar for KC they always seem to find a way to crawl underneath it. Including charging me to make a complaint about sexual harassment by one of the stewards/judge. Its mind blowing that they think that is acceptable.

I have a registration certificate with the wrong details on and want them changed to the rightful owner.
I have emailed and it didn't get received! I have telephoned and have hung kn for an hour with no response and hanging up, then try again and the engagement tone is heard.
Diabolical!
The advertisements for reputable dog breeders is very good everything else is Diabolical! Doesn't even deserve a 1 star!

I wouldn't waste your time attempting to register a litter with this shower of **** company. I have emailed I don't know how many times and have an automated reply each time, my emails never get picked up and replied to. Tried calling on a daily basis. Today I decided to keep on the call for as long as it took. 3 hours later and they drop my call. If I could register my dogs elsewhere I would. I have reported the way you are working to trading standards!!! You are happy t5o take people money and give a diabolical **** services. SHAME ON YOU KENNEL CLUB

Ordered a certificate to import a dog in March, was told 28 day wait, still waiting. No response to emails and just spent 90 minutes on hold only to hang up! Terrible customer service, no response or communication. Just want to know when I will get my paperwork I paid for!

If I could put zero stars I would, even minus! I have never has such a terrible experience with a long running establishment like I am having with the Kennel Club! We paid for a litter registration back in May 2021, and to this date we still have not received any papers for the new owners, nor the 5 week free insurance we clearly advertised the pups would receive when they go to their forever homes. We received an email back in August confirming they had approved our registration and the papers would be within us within 10 working days, yet as I write this review 6th Nov 21 we have not received anything. We email then 3 times a week, and just get an automated response but this comes of nothing. We call every week and every time the phone line cuts off around an hour into the wait. We have the new owners constantly asking for the paperwork and to be quite frank they must think we are scammers, I know I would have doubts about the breeders if I was in their position! Then I come onto the fact we also paid for an advert to be active on their site..... and again they took the money no problem just like they did for the registration paperwork, and still nothing. I have had no choice other than to now make a formal complaint to Trading Standards, and I have contacted watch dog..... It seems from the multiple poor reviews and complaints we see from other people that were not alone! Absolutely diabolical service, what a total shambles! I wonder if they maybe just couldn't cope through the lockdown period, or if they were on their arse before and this time just put a spotlight on their poor business model. Please any future people who are thinking about paying for an advert, or thinking of registering their litters to pre warn the new owners of the shower if S**t the company is that has all the power with their official paperwork. What a joke and they need stringing up. Essentially they have stolen peoples money and it goes against any consumer laws of this land. Sort it out KC, you set of useless cranks!!!!

Paid £40 in April for my labradors change of names and papers. Emailed 4x and call most days and can not get through as the phone is always engaged. It is really important that I know my dogs history and heath situation. I feel so sorry for all these dogs and owners being treated like this.

There needs to be an alert or a notice to make people aware that it’s will not take 28 days to receive documents as noted on the website. I will have to contact trading standards and also drive to the London and Aylesbury office with my dog.

Would it be worth getting all of us who have paid to protest outside the building in London and Aylesbury to create awareness for any new dog owners.
