Great swimming. Good pool. 18m. Not cold. Basic but adequate changing and shower facilities. Who needs more? Lockers. Friendly staff. Rarely too busy. Only £16 a month to swim as often as you like Monday to Friday. Super community run place. Support it!

Mohit was a lifesaver! immediately identified the root causes of my chronic back pain and treated it promptly. He was great at teaching me the stretches to continue the treatment at home and he was also able to accommodate my irregular work schedule. Couldn't recommend more!

Mo's physio has helped me with the pains in my lower back and my knees, with treatment at the Lenton Centre and exercises to do at home. I noticed an improvement in my back quite quickly; the knees are taking longer. Mo gives a welcoming reception with supportive advice and the charges are very reasonable. I also swim at TLC and really value this local community asset.

After a fall, I was suffering from neck and back pain. I tried various alternative therapies but didn't get much of a result. After meeting Mo, and having regular treatment I can see improvement. Mo is really knowledgeable and is able to offer the best advice. Mo offers a range of treatments such as electro therapy, which I didn't know about prior to meeting Mo. If your suffering from on going pain, Mo sure can help. Mo also is knowledgeable about general health & fitness.

I am so pleased to know this community, especially having sessions with the physiotherapist , Mr Mohit, whom I drastically needed help after my operation. At the hospital, they did not provide me physiotherapist while I really needed it. Their reason was that as i could have stood up the day after operation, so I should be discharged. I was so weak and alone that i couldn't do exercises at the first crucial days. I was admitted to hospital twice as I had lots of pain and weakness, but they ignored my horrible situation and discharged me with no help and support. I was so frustrated and was not able to practice on my own. I cried all the time being on my own and couldn't help myself to do exercises. Finally, after two weeks of losing hope for being able to move and bend my knees, one of my friends gave me the address of this community. I went to them straight away. MR Mohit immediately provided me with a quick appointment. He helped me so much. The physiotherapist is so kind and helpful and, more importantly, so expert that I am always thankful to him who made me very happy for progressing my knees function. I recommend this community and physiotherapy sessions. The price is almost half the price of other places. Have a try. Won't be regretful.
These sessions made my normal life back. Thanks to Mohit and the community, who gave me hope for recovery.

A lovely community resource with friendly and helpful staff. I enjoy the swimming facilities and the new aquarobics is great too. I occasionally take my grandson to the baby swim and soft play too. This place deserves all the support it can get.
