My ex husband & Dad to my daughter Nicola was admitted to this care home a few weeks ago and we were very apprehensive after the poor care from other homes he had received . But can honestly say from our very first time of visiting we were very impressed by the care he was getting , lovely friendly staff , plus we found their understanding of his complex needs was well met . The best experienced staff we have come across during his very sad journey with Dementia. Thank you all so very much .

My brother has been in the linx for nearly 4years.he passed away yesterday.the care he received in that time was the best care I could ever wished for.all the staff are caring kind and go above and beyond for the care of there patients.

Visited the Links today as part of our pharmacy vaccination service for the residents.
The staff are fantastic, friendly and helpful and well organised, Thank-you Mariah and Ziba for your assistance.
I was truly impressed by the care given to each and every resident and could tell that they are extremely well looked after.
The home itself is clean and tidy and well maintained. 1 of the best care homes i have visited out of many.

My Relative got admitted to this care home not that long ago. I was obviously apprehensive that the care might not be great but i was so wrong.
The minute i walked in I was greeted in a very friendly manner by the wonderful reception staff who go out of their way to make sure that your being attended to and whatever you ask for it will be sorted if you have any concerns or feel worried they will spend time to put your mind at rest.

Joanna the manager is lovely, she goes that extra mile to make sure that the people in her care are given the love and support they need. The care staff are wonderful and do an outstanding job. The residents are clean, and well dressed, and cared for with love and understanding , nothing is too much trouble for them.

The home is spotless and kept that way. The cleaning staff do a splendid job. It really is home from home and I am sure you won't be disappointed should you choose this home for a member of your family as i can highly
recommend it.

Our mother is a resident at the Links & we can't fault the homes care and support to keep her in contact with her loved ones. Most recently the staff granted and organised an over night visit and sent a carer to support the visit to Wales. Marie the accompanying support was amazing with our mum & made the visit go even better than initially imagined & was extremely professional and a credit to the Links, we are so grateful Thank you

Today was a very special birthday for my husband He was 60. So unexpected the staff brought this beautiful cake into his room all singing happy birthday it really warmed my heart . They are so very loving and caring. Thank you all for making my husband so happy on his birthday you all deserve a medal for your hard work and dedication . Xxx

Turned up for a visit today, later than expected, and with very little notice after having a family emergency change our plans. Staff were friendly, polite, and accommodating.
