Very good at the assessment - sensitive to any relevant needs. Pleasant, kind staff. Quite expensive. Waited a long time for the report - 4 months. When it arrived my comments for the draft report regarding factual errors (not to do with the diagnosis itself) including names of family members had not been taken into account. I have complained. This has left a bad taste in my mouth. They need to get this sorted ASAP.

I cannot recommend this organisation enough and in particular the lorna wing centre in Kent, our son had an assessment last September and they recognised all his struggles and strengths. They really listened to our concerns and within the space of hours they knew a great deal about his character and certain behavioural patterns that make up his autism which was diagnosed on the day, they also recognised a comorbid condition (ADHD) thanks to that, we had him assessed/diagnosed at a different centre and are now having him treated with great success. We had struggles with our local camhs pathway but thankfully we found all the information provided by NAS, the staff and doctors are lovely, definitely well recommended.
