We contacted the Prescription Training Company to deliver some bespoke training for our team. The whole company worked alongside us to develop a training course to suit our specific client/staff base, delivering different levels for each of our team. From the office staff right through to the MD the whole process was professional, approachable and absolutely a great fit for us. Our trainer Susie was outstanding, offering an engaging course to all our staff team, tweaking it as she went to best suit our needs. I cant praise this company highly enough to deliver medication training to suit the needs of any setting.

We had Neil Williamson deliver 'epilepsy and recue medication' training last week (31st of January). From start to finish Neil engaged the staff fully. His approach, knowledge and passion about the subject of epilepsy and rescue medication is exceptional. The next day I personally had many staff members approach me to say what a fantastic trainer and person Neil is. If I ever get asked questions about who to go to for advice and training regarding seizure activity and/or rescue medication I would without any hesitation whatsoever recommend Neil Williamson. Many of our team have described him as the best trainer they have ever had.

We used the Medication Training Company to review our medication policy, tools and templates. They worked with us to deliver an effective policy which is easy to understand and embed. Our team have been delighted with the new tools and templates which are easy to use whilst giving us assurance internally that we're working in line with best practice. Susie was great during our staff training day. She explained everything really clearly and made us feel at ease about our assessments. She is a wealth of knowledge regarding anything pharmacy related. I would definitely recommend her for training.
