Disappointed at the Burns Museum Ayr. I realise it has to have low lighting. I'm sure there were some lights missing. The chair made from the Kimarnock press was completely in the dark. It could not be seen. I was bumping into partitions. I think some floor lighting would help. I selected a purse with a Highland Coo motif. It was made in Vietnam. Surely Scotland can do better than this. Also in the shop a quantity of goods were not priced. It was annoying to have to go to the cash desk and ask the price. This I had to do several times. Surely they can be priced as they are put on display? On the plus side. The cafe was good and the staff very friendly and welcoming. Catherine McGregor.
