Incredible, from start to finish, a flawless process. The guys start by setting out a plan with a timeframe, Paul and George then walk you through the timeframe with a dedication to finishing the project on a specified date, which they do, for us they finished nearly 2 weeks early! Provided you take your hands off the wheel and let them take control of supplying, fitting, finishing (they have all the necessary companies to cater for the relevant jobs). I would advise letting them take care of every detail because if there was a minor issue they will rectify immediately without the stress of blame. Absolutely would recommend, don’t go for the Facebook builder that may be slightly cheaper, their prices are fair for the level of work and commitment to the job. Amazing work, couldn’t be happier.

Fantastic team of builders. Norfolk Builders completed a complex project for us, increasing the head height of our damp, dark basement and turning it into a gorgeous, airy kitchen. Throughout the process, the communication was excellent, the quality of workmanship was superb and they were a genuine pleasure to deal with. In terms of price, neither the cheapest or most expensive. I would most definitely use them again!

Paul and George have been a pleasure to deal with from the start. I have never met such kind, considerate and conscientious builders. They take time to consider all elements of the project, looking in to different options and going above and beyond to work through tricky elements and get ideas. They always kept us up to date with works carried out, made sure we were happy, always available on the end of the phone. They made sure before starting that we knew the process/plan, we discussed everything together. Any issues that arose (no fault of theirs,) were dealt with calmly and efficiently. Amazing service! I’m normally very anxious about any trade coming into my home but George was great. Friendly, and very honest with what he was doing and the materials he was using. If there was a choice we got to make it with his expert knowledge helping us decide. Will be using them for bigger projects in the future.

The team at Norfolk Builders were fantastic from start to finish. From the initial consultation and quote I felt in very safe hands - they had incredible experience and a great ability to find an efficient and effective way to make our ideas a reality.

We had a garage conversion to create an office space and downstairs toilet. Nothing was too much trouble, the workmanship was to a very high standard, they kept well to their estimated time, and they were always clean, tidy and polite.

My 3 year old made very good friends with them and was very sad when the job was done and they weren’t at our home any more!

I would highly recommend and will definitely we using them again for future projects - when you find someone this good you’re scared to try anyone else!
