Fantastic place! The architecture is stunning. The bar is fabulous and the staff are very attentive. I can't recommend this venue highly enough, both to learn of the history of the Industrial Revolution and Mining in the North of England. Do try it out as soon as you can!

We held a 60th birthday celebration in the beautiful library room. This is an amazing venue for a party. The staff could not have been more helpful. The cold buffet was excellent with a great variety of food. From fresh fruits grapes strawberries etc to savouries sandwiches sausage rolls pork pies etc and a selection of cheesecake etc
Everything was of a very good quality our guests had a great night. We would 100% recommend this venue for your celebrations.
