I received counselling here through my university. It was absolutely brilliant. Counselling is not an easy ride, there are bumps and hiccups and sometimes it is painful, but I was really well supported through all of that. My counsellor's patience and acceptance felt like a sanctuary and even now if I am anxious or fretful I go back in my head to her room and instantly feel calmer.
