We got our loving family cat from this wonderful sanctuary, and we couldn’t be happier! The staff are incredibly kind and caring, and it’s clear they take amazing care of all the animals. I went over to see a dog there, the people there were so welcoming, friendly and professional. They let us into a fantastic enclosure where we met Scout. He is the most amazing dog. We have had him 7 months now (he is 8 1/2) the animal sanctuary took him from the vets where he was going to be put to sleep (not vets recommendation but previous owner)

I adopted my wonderful dog from this brilliant rescue charity. The staff were so kind - to both of us - allowing me to visit as often as possible before I brought her home. They had lots of useful advice and materials and excellent post-adoption support which I have used and really appreciated. What a fantastic team - thank you Ian, Linsey, Jasmine, Adam and everyone else who looked after her before she came home. What an incredible pack you are.

First visit to OAS. Staff were very friendly and kind. Highly recommend coming to do the 1-hour volunteering session, You get to hang out with cats who need a bit of time to get used to feeling safe with humans. OAS will give you a cute little box with treats, comb, catnip, to see what your kitty might like. I spent my hour with Skittles and she was very lovely. Timid, but came out of her shell after a bit, and such a sweetheart. "Cat socialising" is a lovely thing to do!

Amazing people, amazing animals . I have 3 beautiful black cats from this sanctuary. They are my best friends. I cannot praise this charity enough . What they do for animals is incredible and I’m glad they exist.

An amazing experience! Have already introduced to our routine to visit very often.
We have to plan visits well in advance as they are very popular but it’s really worth the wait 🥰🐰
They are all sooo adorable and extremely well looked after! We were very proud of the Sanctuary’s high level of care they offered.
An amazing experience for anyone! Would definitely encourage everyone to donate and visit 🙏

The team at OAS are exceptional. They really do go the extra mile to do their very best for each and every animal that comes through their gates. If you are looking to adopt a dog, cat or rabbit please make them your first call. There are so many wonderful residents all deserving of their special forever homes. Thank you OAS for all you do.

I picked up a kitten from OAS in Oct 2022.
My experience with them was fantastic. Their commitment and the quality of work they do for the animals there are incredible.
I would recommend anyone to give home for animals from shelters other than buying them from internet.
