I have been to The Parenthood of Harlow for Sing and Sign classes with my baby and also for the Mothers Meeting session. The meeting space is really nice and it's a good place to meet other mums and little ones. I am looking forward to getting involved in some more activities at the venue as time goes on. The facilities are spacious and clean and refreshments are provided which is a nice touch.

Had such a wonderful time at the postnatal plus sessions. So informative and helpful, the group of ladies were brilliant and the guest speakers were all so good and gave me loads to think about. The venue is lovely and clean, Marika is a joy and so thoughtful, always made sure I had some snacks for my dairy free diet. She is also a baby whisperer!! Highly Recommended!!

I have just completed the Post natal plus course at the Parent Hood hub.
I have never done any antenatal classes before and being a second time mum. I see this and was intrigued on topping up my knowledge and it being free was an absolute bonus!

I was SOO glad I done it, each week a different professional would come in and cover a different topic from first aid and weaning up to returning to work.
It was fantastic very informative and what was lovely was all us girls was second time breast feeding mums!
We had a lot in common and got on really well.
Not to mention the beautiful host Marika who was so kind and caring to do something like this!
I have recommended this to all my friends and a little bit sad it’s over!

The Postnatal Plus Course was brilliant. I didn’t know what to expect from it as it was free. I definitely did not have high expectations of it being so good!

As a new time mum I found it so informative and helpful, it covered a huge range of topics from postpartum care all the way through to baby first aid and sleep development.

On top of the varied topics Marika was absolutely lovely and offered so much support and advice (she also makes a great coffee!).

As a whole it was lovely to see other mums in the same boat as myself and to hear their stories and experiences. I found everyone to be super friendly and simply could not recommend this course enough!

I was recommended by a friend to book onto the course and the fact that it was free was a very big help as like others I’m
On maternity leave so it was great to be able to attend something that wasn’t going to cost!
Every week there was a new speaker or professional person that came to talk about different subjects all relating to breathing, babies feeding, relationships, how to exercise and look after your health postpartum and a few more classes with first aid and how to return back to work. But unfortunately I was unable to attend the last few which I was gutted about as the friends we got to make durning the classes were lovely!! It was so nice being able to be with new and like minded ladies that we could all come together socially and chat after the class with refreshments and just support each other!! It was fabulous. We will keep our eye out for any other classes at the parent hood centre as everyone was great!!

Marika is amazing, friendly and so passionate. I have attended a few different sessions and I am so glad she is able to offer this safe space for parents to come and relax even at their most vulnerable.

The postnatal plus course is incredible and I definitely recommend to any mums! The people who come to talk you through the sessions are also lovely and understanding. You can tell each speaker has thought carefully about each subject and the information they give. The sessions included baby first aid, postnatal exercise, mindfulness and more, which helped me as a first time mum learn lots 😀

Coffee mornings with Gina are a lush way to hang out with other mums / parents and relax knowing you are in great company and feeling that you are not alone in this messy experience of parenthood!

I can't wait to watch my baby grow and develop at different sessions here over the coming years!

The Parent Hood of Harlow is a gem! There is no other place like this in Harlow.

I had my first child during covid so I felt like a first time mum again with my second. I wasn't aware of The Parent Hood of Harlow and I am so glad that it was recommended to me.

I enjoyed every session of Postnatal Plus, I learned something new each week from the experts leading the sessions and it was great getting tips and socialising with the other second time mummies in the group.

I have also been attending Mothers Meeting, it is great to meet other mummies, chat, socialise, babies able to play with a great selection of clean toys, whilst you enjoy a cup of tea, something that I don't always get to do.

Marika is wonderful, so bubbly and welcoming. Providing yummy cakes and tea too 😊. My bubs loves Marika 🥰!

I would highly recommend The Parent Hood of Harlow!

The Parent Hood has been a great support network as a first time mum. Marika is brilliant with babies, children and parents. She is very welcoming, which makes Parent Hood a lovely place to come.

I have attended the six week Postnatal Plus course that I found very informative and useful especially as a first time mum. The speakers were passionate about their subjects. I found listening to other mums questions and their responses really useful. Would highly recommend this course.

I have also attended Coffee mornings for babies under one with Marika and Gina. These mornings are so lovely to meet with other mums and see how the babies interact with eachother. The Parent Hood is a lovely environment, and really appreciate all the hard work Marika has put in to make it a great family venue.
