I met the same hostility today in Leicester city centre. Questioned why no food or no water I was told they were fine and had water around the corner at the Highcross, but I said I went by darker when they were outside the Highcross and no water the're either! I was told they can't put water out due to Health and Safety in case some trips over bucket and claims off them! What a load of rubbish. One of them questioned what I know about horses anyway, did I have any? I said I know enough to know they need water. Was then told to go and take some HRT! Nice!

I visited the Swan Shopping Centre in Birmingham today, I was disgusted to see a large Reindeer in a very small enclosure. There were a group of people petting the reindeer, and it seemed to be very distressed, and also appeared to rather lifeless. There was a lack of food and water and next to no hay for this poor reindeer. How can you justify raising money for charity by locking an animal up and allowing it to be poked and prodded?! This isn’t at all very charitable and you should be disgusted in using this as a mechanism to raise money!!!

There were three ponies in Northampton town centre today, they had no water and no hay, they looked so sad and miserable. I asked one of the guys why they had no water and he said “it’s on it’s way” it didn’t seem to arrive whilst we were around. These poor little babies shouldn’t be used to raise funds for the charity, it’s uneccessary and amounts to animal cruelty.
